Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until just al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Lay a noodle flat, add filling, and roll it tightly.
  5. Place rolled noodles seam-side down in the dish, then drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
