Step-by-Step Instructions for Brownie Waffle
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, monkfruit sweetener, and salt. Stir until smooth. Add water gradually if the batter is too thick.
- Preheat your Dash Mini Waffle Maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, around 375°F. Optionally coat with cooking oil.
- Scoop half of the brownie batter into the preheated waffle maker, sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips, close the lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Open the waffle maker and remove the first waffle. Place it on a plate and prepare to cook the second waffle.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter and chocolate chips. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the second waffle, stack it with the first, and serve with your favorite toppings.
