Step-by-Step Instructions for Brownie Waffle
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, monkfruit sweetener, and salt. Stir until smooth. Add water gradually if the batter is too thick.
  2. Preheat your Dash Mini Waffle Maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, around 375°F. Optionally coat with cooking oil.
  3. Scoop half of the brownie batter into the preheated waffle maker, sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips, close the lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Open the waffle maker and remove the first waffle. Place it on a plate and prepare to cook the second waffle.
