- Warm corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos with shredded chicken, cheese, and reserved sauce. Brush tops lightly with cooking oil.
- Bake assembled tacos in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping trays halfway through.
