  • 1/2 cup Dandelion Petals Use only yellow petals.
  • 1 cup Boiling Water For steeping dandelion petals.
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Vital Proteins Grass Fed Gelatin Can substitute with other unflavored gelatin.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Collect half a cup of yellow dandelion petals and boil one cup of water. Pour over petals and steep for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Pour cooled dandelion tea into a saucepan, add honey, and stir until dissolved.
  3. Gradually sprinkle gelatin into the warm mixture and whisk until dissolved. If necessary, gently heat to combine.
  4. Fill silicone molds with the mixture using a dropper and set aside.
  5. Let molds sit at room temperature for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  6. Pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
