Preparation Steps
- Collect half a cup of yellow dandelion petals and boil one cup of water. Pour over petals and steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour cooled dandelion tea into a saucepan, add honey, and stir until dissolved.
- Gradually sprinkle gelatin into the warm mixture and whisk until dissolved. If necessary, gently heat to combine.
- Fill silicone molds with the mixture using a dropper and set aside.
- Let molds sit at room temperature for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
- Pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
