Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Wash and chop the fresh vegetables. Dice bell peppers, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop red onions.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped deli meats and cheese, and the fresh vegetables. Gently fold together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well-emulsified.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss until well-coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Toss again before serving.
