Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries Hulled and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup Blueberries Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Raspberries Rinsed and dried
For the Creamy Base
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Vanilla Coffee Creamer Can substitute with a mix of heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries thoroughly. Hull and quarter strawberries. Dry berries on paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, whip softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Gradually add vanilla coffee creamer to cream cheese, mixing continuously until fully blended and smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine prepared strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  5. Carefully fold in the whipped cheesecake mixture to the bowl of berries using a spatula.
  6. Transfer the salad to a serving dish, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
