Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Wash and trim your fresh rhubarb stalks, cutting them into small pieces, and spread evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the strawberry gelatin and sugar generously over the rhubarb without mixing them together.
  4. Evenly pour the dry yellow cake mix over the top of the rhubarb and gelatin without stirring.
