  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach Can be swapped for kale or sautéed mushrooms.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Olive oil is an excellent dairy-free alternative!
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce Perfect for a fun, pizza-inspired twist.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until hot.
  2. Lay two slices of Udi’s Gluten Free Bread on a clean surface and layer mozzarella cheese and fresh spinach between them.
  3. Spread a thin layer of butter on the exterior sides of the sandwich.
  4. Place the assembled sandwich in the preheated skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwich carefully and grill for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the sandwich from the skillet, let it rest for a minute, then slice in half and serve hot.
