  • 1/2 cup Poppy Seed Dressing Bitten Lemon Poppy Seed recommended
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped, can substitute with walnuts or almonds

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. Prepare the salad ingredients: Hull and slice strawberries, and slice grapes in half. In a large mixing bowl, combine fruits with spinach, mandarin oranges, and onion.
  3. Incorporate cheese and nuts: Crumble feta over salad and add pecans, then gently toss.
  4. Dress the salad: Drizzle dressing, season with salt and pepper, and gently mix.
  5. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
