Preparation Steps
- Begin by boiling 2 cups of water until it reaches a rolling boil. In a large mixing bowl, pour in one package of strawberry jello mix and carefully stir in the boiling water. Keep stirring until the jello is completely dissolved.
- Once your jello mixture has cooled down, fold in the thawed frozen strawberries, stirring slowly to avoid breaking them apart.
- Gently add one container of Cool Whip to the mixture and fold in carefully to maintain a light, fluffy texture.
- Add mini marshmallows to the fluffy mixture and fold until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set properly.
