Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x14 inches.
- Layer provolone cheese slices on the rolled-out dough, followed by the Italian ham or salami, then the pepperoni, and finally sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border for sealing.
- Carefully roll the dough from one long side, pinching the edges to seal the Stromboli. Position the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the Stromboli with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cut small diagonal slits on top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake the Stromboli in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let the Stromboli cool for 5–10 minutes, optionally garnish with parsley, slice, and serve with warm marinara sauce.
