Equipment

  • Oven
  • baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling Pin

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x14 inches.
  2. Layer provolone cheese slices on the rolled-out dough, followed by the Italian ham or salami, then the pepperoni, and finally sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border for sealing.
  3. Carefully roll the dough from one long side, pinching the edges to seal the Stromboli. Position the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush the top of the Stromboli with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cut small diagonal slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake the Stromboli in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Let the Stromboli cool for 5–10 minutes, optionally garnish with parsley, slice, and serve with warm marinara sauce.
