Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Virgin Sangria Mocktail
  1. Begin by slicing the orange and lemon into 1/4-inch thick rounds; for the lime, cut into 1/8-inch slices. Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a 4-quart glass pitcher, layer half of the orange, lemon, and lime slices alongside the chopped apples. Repeat with the remaining slices.
  3. Pour the red grape juice, white grape juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice over the layered fruit.
  4. Using a long spoon, gently stir the mixture to combine the fruit with the juices.
  5. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, add the sparkling apple cider or seltzer to the pitcher and stir gently.
  7. Pour the mocktail over ice in clear glasses and consider garnishing with fresh mint.
