Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, and finely diced apple. Drizzle fresh lime juice and honey or maple syrup over the fruit, gently stirring to coat. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush both sides of the flour tortillas lightly with melted unsalted butter, then slice them into wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined. Sprinkle generously over each tortilla wedge.
  4. Arrange seasoned tortilla wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping midway.
  5. Transfer baked chips to a wire rack to cool completely to maintain their crunch.
