Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Baking Tray by lining it with greaseproof paper.
  2. Combine crushed Golden Oreo cookies with vegan cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until sticky.
  3. Form a large ball for the snowman's body and a smaller one for the head, then press them together.
  4. Chill the assembled truffles on the tray in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave, and let it cool slightly.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and let excess drip off before placing back on the tray.
  7. Return all coated truffles to the freezer for 5-10 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
  8. Decorate the truffles with black and orange food gels and wrap with candy lace for scarves.
  9. Final Chill the decorated truffles briefly in the freezer before serving.
