Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk for about 2 minutes. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes until it sets.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with another 2 cups of milk. Stir in the canned pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping into the pumpkin pudding mixture.
  4. Start assembling by spooning a layer of chocolate pudding into the bottom of cups. Use about 1/4 to 1/3 of the cup for this layer, then top with crushed Oreos.
  5. Carefully spoon the pumpkin pudding mixture over the Oreo layer.
  6. Top with more crushed Oreos or crushed graham crackers, and decorate with gummy worms and candy pumpkins.
  7. Chill the assembled cups for at least 30 minutes before serving.
