Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 8–10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks until fully browned. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave them for 15–20 seconds.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add a scoop of rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with butter or oil. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the skillet, place the burrito seam-side down, and cook for 3–4 minutes until the cheese is melted and bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the burrito and grill the other side until perfectly golden. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve.

Notes
Ensure tortillas are warm before assembly to prevent tearing. Gently press down on the burrito while grilling for better cheese melt and crispiness.
