- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
- If using frozen spinach, thaw it and squeeze out excess moisture. For fresh broccoli, parboil for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, chopped bacon, broccoli or spinach, minced garlic, ranch dressing, and shredded cheeses. Mix well.
- You can mix the casserole ingredients directly in the casserole dish for easier cleanup.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
