Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Carefully cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop out a little flesh to create space for the egg.
- Place the avocado halves cut side up in a greased baking dish.
- Crack one egg into each avocado half.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the eggs reach your desired doneness.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
