- Melt Green Candy Melts in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stir, and continue microwaving at 50% power until melted and smooth.
- Remove from microwave and stir in sweetened condensed milk and creme de menthe until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture cool until it thickens, stirring every 5 minutes for about 15-20 minutes.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with the cooled fudge mixture and pipe it into tree shapes on parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with rainbow nonpareils and add gold star sprinkles on top of each tree.
