  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped; for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and Sriracha until smooth and combined.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in olive oil. Once shimmering, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  5. Stir in the fresh zucchini noodles and chopped green onions, then pour the sauce mixture over and toss everything together.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 2 minutes until zucchini noodles are tender.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions or sesame seeds.
