Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. In a larger bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk until pale and fluffy. Add melted butter, oil, and vanilla; stir to combine.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread brownie batter in the baking pan and swirl in marshmallow fluff.
  6. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
