Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked through, about 7 to 8 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic to make garlic butter.
  5. Lay out tortillas and distribute the beef mixture down the center of each. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with garlic butter mixture.
