- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of milk and 1 large egg until well blended.
- Add 1 cup of panko bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Gently fold in 1 pound of ground chicken into the mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and add a buttery garlic glaze on top.
