  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced, fresh is best
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning customize with your own blend
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, or substitute
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth adds moisture
  • 1 tablespoon Butter used for glaze, or vegan butter

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of milk and 1 large egg until well blended.
  2. Add 1 cup of panko bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Gently fold in 1 pound of ground chicken into the mixture.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  6. Shape the mixture into a loaf and add a buttery garlic glaze on top.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of chicken broth into the bottom of the loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let it rest in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
