Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken
  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Peel and mince the fresh garlic cloves.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the halved baby potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot, then lay the seasoned chicken breasts on top.
