For the Creamy Avocado Spread
  • 2 ripe Avocado Mashed.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Fresh or lemon juice as alternative.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces, arrange on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados and combine with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the avocado mixture on the crostini and top with the sautéed garlic shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately on a platter. Optionally drizzle with more olive oil or lime juice.
