  • 1 large Egg for egg wash

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, adding optional shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers.
  2. Lightly flour your countertop and roll out the pie crusts until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out ghost shapes using cookie cutters.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of taco filling onto half of your ghost cutouts and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Place the remaining ghost shapes over the filled pies and seal the edges with a fork. Cut out shapes in the top crust for spooky eyes or mouths.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F, brush the tops with egg wash, and bake for 10-14 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
