- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain and rinse white beans or garbanzo beans under cold water and transfer to a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients, except for chocolate chips, into the food processor with beans and blend until smooth.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips by hand after transferring the batter to a mixing bowl.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 or 10-inch springform pan with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Let the pie cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
- Serve warm, optionally topping with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce.
