Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain and rinse white beans or garbanzo beans under cold water and transfer to a food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except for chocolate chips, into the food processor with beans and blend until smooth.
  4. Gently stir in the chocolate chips by hand after transferring the batter to a mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9 or 10-inch springform pan with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Let the pie cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topping with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce.
