Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg yolks one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Whisk together baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt; gradually incorporate into the wet mixture.
  5. Slowly add all-purpose flour until the dough forms.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Prepare graham crackers and dip them in melted butter, arranging them on baking sheets.
  8. Form cookies by wrapping dough around regular marshmallows and placing them atop graham crackers.
  9. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, rotate pans halfway through. Use a round cutter to shape cookies while warm.
  10. Cool cookies for a few minutes, then top with Hershey's chocolate bars.
