Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Slice fresh pineapple into thick rings and grill them for about 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and grill marks appear.
  2. While the pineapple is grilling, slice a fresh jalapeño in half and gently muddle it in a cocktail shaker to release its flavors.
  3. Once the pineapple is ready, allow it to cool slightly before chopping it into smaller pieces. In the shaker with the muddled jalapeño, add the chopped grilled pineapple, whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple and a jalapeño slice.
