Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Roll out two sheets of thawed puff pastry into rectangles measuring about 10"x12".
- Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly on each sheet, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
- Layer six slices of deli ham on each sheet, then sprinkle about 1 cup of grated cheese over the ham.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge and trim the ends. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Ensure the oven is still preheated to 375°F.
- Slice the chilled logs into ½-inch thick pinwheels and place them cut-side up on the baking sheets.
- Bake for about 18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
