- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving some small chunks for added texture. Mix in the maple syrup and peanut butter until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the oat flour into the banana mixture. Stir gently, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the surface.
