Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add maple syrup and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer the batter into a plastic zip-top bag and snip off one corner.
  5. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Melt dark chocolate for glazing if desired.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
