Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and prepare the rice and green beans according to package instructions.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat for about 1 minute. Add cubed chicken and sauté for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Remove cooked chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. Pour the sauce into the hot pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice, with green beans on the side, and garnish with sesame seeds.
