  3. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil. Place a portion of the meat and vegetable mixture on each piece, ensuring not to overfill.
  4. Fold the aluminum foil over the food to seal the packets securely.
  5. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, checking for doneness.
  6. Remove packets from the grill or oven, let rest for a few minutes before unsealing, and serve.
