Dough Preparation

- Mix in granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Dough Kneading
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it into a greased bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel.
First Rise
- Allow the covered dough to rise in a warm, draft-free area for about 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix diced strawberries with cornstarch and strawberry jam.
Roll Assembly
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough, followed by the strawberry filling.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Second Rise
- Arrange cut rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Glazing and Serving
- Allow rolls to cool slightly for 10 minutes. Whisk powdered sugar and milk for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and top with additional strawberry slices.
