- In a large, shallow bowl, combine 4 beaten eggs, 1 cup of whole milk, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Take slices of brioche bread and gently place them in the custard mixture, allowing each slice to soak for about 30 seconds on each side.
