Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and a pinch of kosher salt until combined.
  3. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over fresh asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
  4. Roll out thawed puff pastry to about ¼ inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares or diamonds.
  5. Layer each pastry with prosciutto, asparagus, and cheese. Fold pastry corners over the filling and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake in the oven for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
