Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Boursin Cheese Substitutable with herbed goat cheese or whipped feta
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Ricotta or mascarpone can work as well
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Monterey Jack or provolone can be used
  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey Regular honey mixed with a hint of red pepper flakes works well
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme Dried thyme or chopped parsley can be alternatives
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Butter or a neutral oil can be used
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella until smooth.
  3. Add the hot honey, fresh thyme, and olive oil to the cheese mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving with baguette slices, crackers, or veggies.
