  • ½ cup Dry White Wine e.g., Sauvignon Blanc
  • 4 cups Warm Seafood Broth Chicken broth can work as a substitute

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat seafood broth in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lobster for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add another tablespoon of butter, lower heat to medium, and toast 1 cup of Arborio rice for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in ½ cup of dry white wine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  5. Gradually add the warm seafood broth, ½ cup at a time, stirring gently for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Once creamy and tender, remove from heat. Stir in sautéed lobster, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon butter.
  7. Spoon into bowls and garnish with additional Parmesan, fresh herbs, and lemon slices.
