Cooking Steps
- Heat seafood broth in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lobster for 3-5 minutes.
- Add another tablespoon of butter, lower heat to medium, and toast 1 cup of Arborio rice for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in ½ cup of dry white wine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Gradually add the warm seafood broth, ½ cup at a time, stirring gently for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once creamy and tender, remove from heat. Stir in sautéed lobster, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon butter.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with additional Parmesan, fresh herbs, and lemon slices.
