Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate by combining the dark chocolate and granulated sugar in a saucepan and heating until smooth.

  3. Add the heavy cream gradually, whisking until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the edges are set but centers jiggle slightly.
  7. Cool the budinos at room temperature for 15 minutes before refrigerating.
