- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt 8 ounces of dark chocolate and ½ cup of unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ¾ cup of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into a large mixing bowl, then add 1 cup of granulated sugar and mix well.
- Crack in 3 room-temperature eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold the dry flour mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in ½ cup of pistachio kadayif until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and bake for around 25-30 minutes.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool completely in the pan, then prepare chocolate ganache and pour it over the brownies.
