For Assembly
  • 8 pieces Tortillas Corn or flour.
  • 1 cup Cabbage Fresh.
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro Fresh.
  • 1 lime Lime Freshly squeezed.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Thaw the shrimp if frozen, pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each shrimp in the mixture and shake off excess.
  4. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add shrimp to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Warm tortillas in a pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  8. Assemble tacos with shrimp, sauce, cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
