  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 4 oz Bacon Cooked and chopped, reserve some for garnish
  • Seasonings (Salt, Pepper) Adjust to your liking

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Place them in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese with heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cauliflower in the slow cooker. Cook on low for about 3 hours until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded pepper jack cheese, mixing gently. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low heat.
  5. Serve in bowls and garnish with extra bacon and chopped parsley if desired.
