Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In another mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the eggs one by one, then pour in milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until no flour streaks remain.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar topping over it.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the topping and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
