- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, and egg. Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Fold in chives.
- Scoop out golf-ball-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Drizzle melted butter over each crab bomb.
