Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper, spoon crab filling onto the center, dampen edges, and fold to seal tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a pan until it shimmers and reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry 3-4 bombs until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, turning them gently for even cooking.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, arranged on a platter.
