Step-by-Step Instructions for Ham and Cheese Pinwheels
  1. Roll out the dough by thawing one sheet of frozen puff pastry and rolling it into a rectangle measuring approximately 10x12 inches.
  2. Spread the mustard evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  3. Layer the deli ham over the mustard, then sprinkle the cheese evenly on top.
  4. Roll the pastry into a log, trim the ends, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare the second log using the remaining ingredients.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Slice each log into ½-inch thick slices and place them cut-side up on the baking sheets, spaced about 1 inch apart.
