Churro Preparation
- Melt the Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds until warm and pourable.
- Combine water, butter, salt, and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Stir in flour to form a dough.
- Allow dough to cool for 5 minutes, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon for the coating.
- Heat the vegetable oil in fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C) using a thermometer.
- Pipe churro dough into hot oil, cutting into segments. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain churro bites on paper towels, then roll them in cinnamon sugar coating while warm.
- Serve warm with melted Nutella for dipping.
