- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix in cold butter until crumbly. Reserve one cup for topping.
- Press the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Mix reserved crumb mixture with brown sugar to create streusel topping. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add chopped peaches and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Pour the peach filling over the warm crust and sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
