Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix in cold butter until crumbly. Reserve one cup for topping.
  3. Press the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Mix reserved crumb mixture with brown sugar to create streusel topping. Set aside.
  5. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add chopped peaches and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour the peach filling over the warm crust and sprinkle with streusel topping.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
