Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or set your air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until fully mixed.
  3. Separate refrigerated biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a small circle.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the fillings, then roll each into a smooth ball.
  6. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven or about 8 minutes in an air fryer until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce.
